Why making a secret out of it and not tell how you did it excatly? Like already said you replaced the animated pictures with others, which is not so hard to do... but after all, a nice idea and you did it well
But, keep in mind that this is not a "teaser" forum, or a selling plattform. If you have something to share (in the means of knowledge) do it, but do it so others can learn from it, like you did from us here.

There's no secret here. It's the same procedure with the custom logo, but it must be used on 11 images in the flash file.

Step 1) take ConversHacker and show "welcome pictures 400x198 pixels" and addresses
Step 2) place new pictures to free space into flash file
Step 3) redirect old addresses to new pictures

And you're right, we forgot one thing :

Step 4)delete text "menu control" in Main file.

Deleting text is not a good choice. The active part does not disappear ... And it is not a good idea to cancel the "Help" screen to display the Alarm Acknowledgment option.
