What would be great is if someone could find a way to patch the 15xx firmware to have all the extra features as well.

Motral will not do because its bot valuable to him. would be nice to have separate ESC off working

What is diferent between Converse+ FW ROM 1412 and 1507?

15x firmware was the last released - it moved the EML light from the top onto the LCD display; the EML light was replaced with a separate ESC Off indicator, instead of using the traction control light. unfortunately when downgrading to 14x firmware, the esc off light comes on for the EML
