It is a private project from Ursadon, not public. Ask him to give you a EXE or access to the code if you could contribute (C++).

You need to add a new address to bootloader in main. If you insert new logo in the place of the old one , it will not show up on dash. Seems the block lenght don't fit. You can fit it in other place of flash, and just add, a string to the address you have your logo. I'll share my conclusion later.
