Of course you can. First of all, do you still have the old board? What was wrong with it?
If you have the old board you may be able to copy the sector to your new board.
With Segger J-Link, read sector #251 (Start 0x1F60000, len 0x2000). Within this sector you find the Bosch type number (7612...) and the 7 digit serial number. You find the memory locations within this sector here https://mk4-wiki.denkdose.de/artikel/na ... memory_map
With those two numbers at hand you can use my calculator here to get the PIN https://mk4-wiki.denkdose.de/artikel/na ... _decryptor

No, unfortunately not. The new board, where does it come from? If the seller could give you a picture of the side label of the device he has ripped it of - there you find the above mentioned informations needed for calcing the PIN. If not, there is NO CHANCE to get the right code as to read out the Flash with Segger. You may send it to me or anybody else can do this.

But answer my question: Do you still have the old board? I guess it broke and suddenly stopped working. Then it's the broken RAMs, need to be replaced to get it working again. I did this repair many times.

There are some issues where the board does not start but the RAMs are not the problem... i wrote about this here. But, the reason i'm asking is, that if you had a Segger JLink you could try to copy the PIN relevant sector over to your now board and build this into the case of the old one. So everything fits, even the serial on the label :-)
But, without an JTAG reader you have NO chance to do this repair, sorry.
