One way would be to use JTAG to dump the Main FW.

Ursadon never gave me access to IPC Updater source code so even if we dump the new FW by JTAG and decompile it to find the new SEED algorithm, we won't be able to have a new IPC Updater version to connect to C+

An option would be to write by JTAG a normal Main FW, then use IPC Updater or UC DS to put the new M0t ral version back.

He has modified the PBL when comparing his PBL to stock PBL there is a lot of difference

He probably changed things in the SBL.
Gwe89 was able to connect and dump it by JTAG so if you have a JTAG adapter you could do it too.

It's a crappy version.. very few addons. Compare it with original Main FW in order to see the changes. Use ConversHacker to see where the Light images are used in order to see what code that is different form original is used for the Lights Pack. This version also uses custom Logo in External Flash.
