All of them are for so called "Commercial Temperature Range" which is 0° up to 70° Celcius. So, it COULD be that they work at lower or higher temps, but it's not safe. Need to check for every single chip used. Could also fail after a while.
Best would be to have a "Industrial Temperature Range" which is -40° up to +85° Celcius.
I tried to find Samsung chips like K4H510838*-ICCC or K4H510838*-PCCC, which are in that range. But could not find any...

Hynix are rated -55 ~ 125.I prefer kingmax as are a little bit more reliable and already tested by me in cold environment ( freezer )

That wrong pal. You mixed this up with "Storage temperature". The operating temp is only 0-70 degrees like here from the datasheet:
