difference in digital speed

What do you mean?
One is the current and the other the set speed.

Or do you mean difference between Speed Gauge and Digital Speed?
If YES, then it is normal - all auto manufactures do it, mainly to allow you to use different sizes for your wheels without having the real speed bigger than the one shown on the gauge - with the condition to use one of the recommended size for the tires.

in one version the speed is also shown at the top right and at the other only at the bottom

Was wrong positioning of dig speed when cruise control was activated. Probably was More simple to remove the digital speed when CC was active.

different FW digital speed is installed on each of the pictures, the difference is in the speed display at the top right

Yes your right, also when you turn the DS off , the CC indicator will also disappear.
This parameter is read from pid VSS - this is the function entered in main under DS.
