Apply custom images to Ford Convers+

I don't use CH, I've made my own app where I extract the pallette from the original image (top 256 used colors) and then when converting the image to RLE I just find the closest color from the palette for each pixel from the original image.

How does CH know that the width would be 2400px when the width should be determined from header (400px). I thought that the Convers will only read RLE data which will fit 400*198px.

Well, CH looks at different information in an image so it's able to show you if there is something wrong with the image

Hello, is logo address for after lift convers set in 8EFC4? I have put logo at 12 04 00 with palette at the beginning and set the address at 8EFC4 pointing to it but it does not work. Pre lift it was 8F5C0 and it worked just fine. Is there anything more different in after lift version?

Hello.Please Help.I created a BIN file without a head, I opened the file with Hex Editor, I added the data from customIMG.bin, I replaced 30 08 BA F8 with 30 12 00 0C and 30 08 BA EC with 30 12 00 00, I calculated the checksum of the file without head, I added the head and saved the file with the ending .vbf. But when I open it with the vbf tool, I get the error in the picture. Can you please tell me where I am wrong. Thank you in advance.

Maybe it will help someone in the future, the error appeared from the wrong checksum, without me realizing it, when I copied what I wanted to replace (to add new foto to the flash file), it seems that it did not replace the free places with the image data that I wanted to add it. From there, a wrong checksum results and the error in the picture.
I tried to add a picture that contains a lot of red, and unfortunately Convers Hack doesn't see it. Is there anyone who can tell me how I can create other themes, and how I can make an image that Convers Hack and IPC can accept. How can you change the color of the car, etc. I tried with irfanview but it doesn't come out ok. Thanks in advance.
