To be clear, it worked before but had issues with the MM CAN, then i desoldered the MAC using and IR Reworkstation, cleaned all the pads using soldering braid and soldered the chip back using leaded soldering tin. After that the chip won't start up again. I could start JTAG connection, but as soon as the J-Flash tries to store it's downloadcode into the chips internal SRAM it failed with an errormessage telling it can't.
I now fear it somehow killed the chip...
