In the latest version of CH 1.4 it is not possible to save images from main and flash. Is it a problem or my fault?

I've noticed it so far, I have a version that worked perfectly in the city, but I turned on Cruise Control on the highway with a COLD engine and I need to adapt ...
Everything is fine unless the PTC is turned on. Then you need to edit the PTC image.
