NX won't start anymore after Firmwareupdate

I recently updated an NX with SP5.3, like i did so many times before. After the update was done (which runs unattended) it doesn't start anymore.
Normally, the radio shuts down automatically after the update is done, so it looks like everything went right. But maybe there was an errormessage shown, don't know. The radio draws about 250 mA, so it seem to start a bit, but do not get further some point in booting.
I tried to reflash the mainboard, but this did not make it run again
Also tried to change the RAM chips, but no success either.
Normally the mainboard should draw about 600-700 mA without display and drives attached.
