Where to buy Genuine Rotunda VCM 1 or parts?

I think i wrecked my VCM by trying to reflow the Coldfire CPU (BGA196). As i removed it, i tried to power it and three of the five LEDs where steady on, even without the chip.
Then i reballed it and soldered it back again, but after that no LEDs where on. I then removed the chip but this time nothing changes :(

Well, how to get another one now? Or maybe somebody sells only parts (boards) of it?
But i never find such things for a reasonable price in ebay.

Any idea? Hint?
