What i found out until now, MAC7116 utilized:
EEPROM
Port F, all: => data => 0xFC0E 8164, input => 0xFC0E 8166
Port F, Pin 2: config => 0xFC0E 8144, data => 0xFC0E 816A
Port F, Pin 3: config => 0xFC0E 8146, data => 0xFC0E 816B
