I did ucds update to hcm and now front light malfunction stays permanent.

What i tried but no luck:

Make headlight calibration both with ucds and forscan

Downgrade to previous version and repeat calibration.


Nothing helps.

I got u3000 and b11f1

Going back to the previous calibration version should have fixed this issue or at least let you calibrate the headlights.

Put a screen capture also for the original calibration - from uuw file that was automatically saved in UCDS's "Session" folder.
Try to write the same files using VBF Loader but by writing them in other order (SBL stays first, but after it put first ECU Calib. Signal then ECU Software / Exec.)

I tried uploading in different order (the original calibration before update)
I tried upload one at a time...

no change.

Will there be any difference if i try different headlights?

Did you try reset

Many times.
What I haven’t tried is to program it as dead module.
I will try that and if not help i would find ford ids to try program or calibrate.

Thanks Tomy, after i cleaned then once i tried with different cleaner and more cleaning and it worked.
