Translating ELMConfig

Hi! As i am not a russian languange speaker and also have not RUS Windows i only get "??????" on some menus of ELMConfig.
My first question for all of you capable of reading it would be to please post picture and weite the english translation of it to each an every menu and function. You should place numbers to mark each string shown and under it write the original russian text (UTF-8) and the translated beneath. That would be a great help!
I'll then try to find out how the software uses the strings and make complete, additional languange files or version.

I tried this, but it seems you need to have a native Russian Windows version to make it show, but i only get question-marks instead of chars. So i can't post picts.
As always, it would be best if somebody here HAS Russian Windows and IS native russian speaker.

I'm from Bulgaria, we use cyrillic too. I don't know how to change soft language, but I can post screenshots with translate on every module here, if this can be useful.
edit: this fields and menu is on every module in elmconfig

Yea, my mistake. elmconfig is in english for other cars - focus etc... for mondeo it stays in russian, just the regional settings show the real cyrillic characters, because it's not in unicode. What i remembered is that you can disable the splash screen that you need to wait every time you connect and you can disable the warning dialogs too. It's the arrow on the right in the first screen when you start elmconfig.
