I have just made a logo with CH using the palette exported from irfanview and put it in main
The main already had a logo and I replaced this logo with the one CH made and this was my result you can see a slight out line of the logo, any ideas?

I think i made my point clear as i will not make a business model out whatever i develop. Like the PIN decoder for all FX, NX and MCA i put on my homepage. If somebody of you will make it for money it's completely up to you, but for i will never do. It's pure hobby and fun for me. But never blame me for maybe break your business by giving things public. This is my inner orientation and i will not behave against it.

Again, playing with custom images is not of big interest for me, but reverse engineering what and how it works of course. Therefore i would never aim to give complete solutions here, but more frameworks and methods how to get there.

Together with my friend hannsi, we found a way to change images in the easiest way.
with this technique can change all of image in FLASH file and make new startup animation

Hey tomy75, hanssi, i wonder why you make so much extra work and created a PDF and don't simply post it here? You seem to be on the right track, but i fear you and most others here make a fatal wrong assumption when you beliefe that memory locations of images are fix. They aren't, at least they differ in the FW version.

I would really prefer that all of you guys try to dig deeper into the code and algos than just playing with pictures. There is so much more interesting stuff inside! Just grab an IDA or Ghidra and start disassembling and learning, share your findings and gain more insides. THATS the kind of teamwork i had in mind when founding this forum...

Just tested and works.
Must be used original main file

Yes I used mod file that uses just stock logo

I changed 30 12 00 0C and 30 12 00 00
To 30 12 04 0C and 30 12 04 00 and works logos not the best but has worked

Of course this tutorial is about "How to put a new logo into flash", not for how to change color palette.
