I think you must buy preFL module or try downgrade software to last preFL calibration.

so keys are rigthn now programmed...i will also look to find reset pin outside of cpu from kvm module....
and a solution to recover this kind of modules
now works with multichannel autostart gggg

Open case of KVM module, find the BDM port, identify the Reset pin. Have this pin connected with a wire to GND, open UC DS, go to program module (Update Wizard or VBF loader - here select Mobdeo 4 as car, write HW), choose update dead module, follow the steps they say there.
After you press "Yes", remove the wire from GND.
This is to make sure the Motorola MCU that is the heart of KVM module boots when UC DS sends the "force SBL load" over CAN.
This way is more easy than removing power of module and applying it back when asked by UC DS procedure and also because module already has all the needed power and only waits for MCU to boot gives you a greater chance to have it boot in SBL mode.
Hi, I have the same issue but in my case the update was successful and after reset the module died.
I have trying your described way but with no success I get the same message:
00:00:00:504: HW/SW part number: 7S7T-19G481-BC
00:00:00:507: Loading and prepare database...
00:00:01:063: Searching for SEED keys...
00:00:02:873: SEED Keys found.
00:00:03:857: Forced programming mode is started... Wait answer...
00:00:09:804: Forced programming mode OK!
00:00:10:811: Requesting protected mode...
00:00:12:854: No answer on SEED request! Error: [0x00]
I have notice something odd, if I set my power source at 12.5v the kvm it is dead without trace of life but if I increase the voltage to 14v I shows up only on update wizard and with different pn...
Any ideea?

Hello everyone.
Regarding this KVM module, I have the possibility to borrow a freescale programmer and I'm thinking to extract the firmware from it or rewrite a back-up (If I find one) from a working module.
It will work?

Yes, it will work.
The backup must be from an identical KVM in terms of HW generation.
Some examples:
7S7T-19G481-A* (with KeyLess Entry) compatible with 7S7T-19G481-B* (wihout KL E)
7S7T-19G481-C* (with KL E) compatible with 7S7T-19G481-D* (without KL E)
Modules from Mondeo 4 FaceLift are compatible with Focus 3 PreFacelift / Kuga 2 PreFl.
Just DO NOT touch EEPROM data. Leave the original one on the module - this way you keep the IMMO data, S/N of module and other settings.
But for example if you want to move from a KVM without KL E to a KVM with KeyLess Entry, of same HW generation, then copying the EEPROM helps you not having to reprogram the keys or doing Module Initialisation...

Ok, thanks for info. I will give a try very soon and I will post the result.
Thanks again. Cheers.
