Great job marekrbk! Would you post a picture (or marked position) of the defective part please?
I wonder how that happened. Maybe your old RAM was fully ok, and it was just the cold joint from the start?

Re: mk4 mca radio schematic diagram need
Hello, I've been busy so this was the reason why the radio didn't start, it's already in the car, I'm still testing the functionality. I have to say that the radio should also be checked for cold connections. If you have the same problem, this helped me. It looks like the battery problem is finally solved. Regarding the radio not starting after memory swap issue, I started checking the nearby components while the radio was connected to the power supply and suddenly it flashed and started. Sometimes simple things are complicated

Re: mk4 mca radio schematic diagram need
Otherwise, I was interested in the processor and the manufacturer of a similar type confirmed to me that it is a specific processor for the order and there is no official data sheet.
Thank you for contacting TI customer support.
About your inquiry, based on my checking the marking does not match our existing products. There are 2 possibilities, it is either the device is already obsolete or the device is built specifically for the radio manufacturer. I would suggest you contact directly the radio manufacturer for assistance. Below is the list of our existing device that starts with OMAP59xx.

Re: mk4 mca radio schematic diagram need
It occurred to me that it is not possible to modify the system and add booting from the SD card and change the operating system. I understand it a bit, I'll try to think of something
Re: mk4 mca radio schematic diagram need
So you say that you accidently came in touch with some part around the 3,3 and 1,8 power regulator you show in the pict, and this brought the device back to live?
Re: mk4 mca radio schematic diagram need
the voltages there were correct, as I didn't trust the conductivity, so I started Solder with Flux and the radio works
