Hi Solltex,

just because you have access to this forum doesn't mean you'll get access to passwords for the attachments (ConversHacker or others).
You have to work a little for them, like sharing your experience with Ford with us / add your contribution to the forum; in order to get something, you have to give something first

I'm not programer, but want learn more with convers+, and I thing here I can, but problem with attachments, how learn if no information

Just "grabbing" a software and just use it will not enlighten you in any way, especially not if you have no programming skills at all.
Start learn about the electronics of the Mondeo, the techniques and internals will help you much more. There is a lot of information around this, here and in the wiki. Even old posts can help
