Do headlamp washer functionality involve a specific BCM?

BG9T-14A073-YD from MK4 2.2 has BLIS and TPMS support

No, that's wrong. I've got a YD in my car and found out that BLIS (3RD-CAN) is there (maybe always) but NOT TPMS Antenna-drivers, which is located somewhere here:

For the 2.2 Diesel *-X* is the replacement-part having all functionality
