I've found this: https://github.com/bigunclemax/FocusIPCCtrl some while ago so these days I said I should give it a go.
The source code is straight-on for a Linux environment, but for Windows it needs some code modification.. that took me several days to figure it out.
I've also did some other code changes, like adding an OffLine version, in order to test it without any ELM / ELS adapter, a console output window (in Linux is "standard")
As this is the "first" version, it has a lot of bugs so it will crash very often.
For now I don't think I'll invest more time in developing it.. you are free to use the above link to get the source code and do your own version. You can run it by double-clicking on exe file or from a command prompt window. The later one gives you the chance to have that output data even after the main program was closed / has crashed by its own
